The Alberta Honda has an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Parts Counter Person to join our dealership. This position will assist both customers and technicians locating required parts and providing pricing. We will provide a competitive compensation package and opportunity to assist and fulfill wholesale orders as well.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Billing out parts and providing quotes for the Service Department and customers
- Completing phone orders
- Maintains inventory as required
- Provide exceptional service to, internal customers including technicians, service advisors, and sales people
- Review repair and parts orders to ensure parts accuracy before the Service Department bills invoice counter sales
Qualifications and Skills
- CDK and previous automotive parts dealership experience, required.
- Basic parts and mechanical knowledge
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent phone and communication skills
