Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Participant Service Specialist. In this role, you will engage with customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with various tasks that contribute to our overall success. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery.
- Utilize multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, French and English, to assist a diverse clientele.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to analyze information and provide insightful feedback.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a significant advantage
- Familiarity with data entry processes is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $17.20-$19.40 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
- using Microsoft Teams and Outlook: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Police Clearance (preferred)
