About the Role
Country Chic Paint is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team on a part-time basis. This is a consistent role offering between 15 and 24 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. While weekly hours may fluctuate slightly depending on operational needs, this is not an on-call position — we are seeking someone who is available for regular part-time work and can support our warehouse operations as part of an ongoing schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Box Building & Labeling
- Pre-assemble boxes for orders
- Apply labels to lids in preparation for paint production
- Accurately label paint cans and other products
Order Fulfillment & Inventory Support
- Pick and pack orders
- Organize pallets and packaging supplies
- Help monitor inventory levels and report shortages
Warehouse Organization & Safety
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report any maintenance or safety issues
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided, if needed)
General Warehouse Support
- Assist with production tasks, including pouring paint and wax products
- Learn the ins and outs of our shipping department to provide backup support when needed
- Support various warehouse operations as required
- Be prepared for some repetitive or tedious tasks, particularly during labeling and packing
Ideal Candidate
Reliable & Committed
- Available for a consistent schedule of 15–24 hours per week
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
Detail-Oriented & Organized
- Focused on accuracy, particularly in labeling and order fulfillment
- Maintains a tidy and efficient workspace
Physically Capable
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling warehouse tasks
Experience
- Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required
