With a continued focus on service and customer relationships, QuartzCo is growing rapidly and looking for team members who will help to support and grow our brand in the Ontario market. We measure, fabricate and install stone countertops, fireplaces, showers and other applications for residential and commercial customers. We're seeking a part-time Showroom Associate to join our team in Welland. This position will work 2 days a week initially i.e. Friday & Saturday with a possibility to increase in future.
Brief summary of the role:
As the face of QuartzCo, you'll assist to ensure our showroom is visually appealing, provide exceptional customer experiences, and demonstrate expert product knowledge.
Responsibilities and Duties will include but not limited to:
- Represent QuartzCo as a leader in the Ontario stone installation and fabrication industry
- Maintain showroom visual standards
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Complete reports to monitor customer traffic and product selection
- Greet clients, assist with material selection, and follow up as required
Requirements:
- College diploma or university undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Available to work during weekends
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
