We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, show composure, maturity, can work well in a fast-paced environment, who have superior communication and time management skills and who can work as a team or individually. The right candidate must be flexible to work a variety of daytime, weekend, holiday and evening shifts.
Duties Include:
Answering incoming phone calls, redirect as needed
Checking the price and availability of parts
Creating invoices for over-the-counter parts sales
Scheduling service appointments
Explaining required vehicle repairs and inspection results to customers
Creating work orders and issuing them to our Auto Technicians, other paperwork as necessary
Serving customers on the retail floor
Retail floor basics: stocking, facing, cleaning as required
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Automotive knowledge is strongly preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Outstanding organization/multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a strong team environment
Solid listening and communication skills – ability to speak another language an asset
Professional, pleasant telephone and in person manner
Must be physically able to lift 40lbs and the ability to stand for long periods of time
