PART-TIME MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
NorthWeston Health Care Woodbridge, Ontario
Our busy doctor’s office is looking for a
PART-TIME Medical receptionist to work 2-4 days a week
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients, answering the phones, fielding patient inquiries
- Booking appointments
- Patient Call backs
- Preparing patient files and handling confidential patient information
- Work in collaboration with office staff in maintaining up to date patient charts
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Must have good computers skills/Comfortable with use of Electronic Medical Records
- Excellent phone and organizational skills
- Experience with Family Health Practice setting is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Medical office: 1 year (preferred)
