Job Title: Part-Time Family Helper (Childcare, Driving & Meal Prep)
Location: Spruce Grove, AB
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–11:00 AM (3 hours/day, 12 hours/week – some flexibility)
Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
About the Role
We are a warm and active family in Spruce Grove looking for a dependable Part-Time Family Helper to support our morning routine. This role includes helping our children get ready for the day, driving them to school, preparing simple meals, and assisting with light household tasks.
You’ll work four weekday mornings, making a big difference in keeping our home running smoothly!
What You’ll Be Doing
Childcare & Driving
- Help children get ready for the day
- Safely drive children to school (family vehicle provided)
Meal Prep & Light Household Help
- Prepare simple, healthy snacks and dinners to be used later in the day
- Follow family food preferences and clean up after cooking
- Tidy up kids’ areas, organize backpacks, and assist with light laundry
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience working with children (e.g. babysitting, nannying, day camps, education, etc.)
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Clear Criminal Record Check (including Vulnerable Sector)
- Alberta Child Intervention Check
