We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming experience while ensuring efficient front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
- Verify insurance coverage and process billing/payments
- Assist with patient inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance verification
- Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Abeldent, Cleardent) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
