PART-TIME CLERICAL SUPPORT
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain client database
- Contact and schedule clients for drop off and pick up
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned
- Data Input
Qualifications
- Excel and Word data entry
- Ability to maintain polite and professional communication via telephone
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy office
- Self Starter, ability to work without constant supervision or direction.
May-January 15-20hrs/week
February-April 20-25hrs/week
Days are flexible but Fridays are strongly encouraged and a must during "Tax Season" (February-April)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
