IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Formula Ford Lincoln as a Assistant Parts Manager.
We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.
Here's What you'll deliver:
- Efficiently help customers select the right parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high-quality service.
- Answer telephone calls, and pricing, and provide any other information.
- Taking orders by telephone for retail and wholesale customers while servicing technician counter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts.
- Receive payments from retail customers.
- Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's policies and guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed:
- PBS, CDK, Reynolds experience is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Customer relationship skills including listening and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills and pays attention to detail.
- Ability to follow set and standard procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed.
- Ability to work independently and take self-initiative.
- Must have a valid G driver's license and clean drivers’ abstract.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs.
- Basic computer skills.
