310-DUMP is looking for a strong and experienced Outside Sales Hunter (Edmonton) - highly motivated self-starter to actively prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities. This is a fast-paced role suited for a self-starter with a strong sales background who thrives on securing new accounts and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities for this Role:
· Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
· Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and direct sales efforts.
· Build strong relationships with potential local business clients and major accounts to understand their waste and recycling needs.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
· Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
· Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Skills
· 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in waste management, construction, or industrial services.
· Proven track record of hunting and securing new business.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Valid driver's license with a clean record and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
