Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Osteopath to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions through osteopathic manipulative treatment. This role requires a commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Utilize osteopathic manipulative techniques to alleviate pain and improve patient mobility.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems.
- Engage in ongoing research to stay updated with the latest advancements in osteopathy and pain management.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
- Participate in pediatric care as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to health for patients of all ages.
Qualifications
- Valid provincial license to practice as an Osteopath.
- Experience in medical office settings is preferred, with familiarity in pediatrics being a plus.
- Strong background in pain management and acute care practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and research within the field of osteopathy.

Pay: $30.00-$90.00 per hour
