Join our team as an Order Administrator at our office and facility located on Annacis Island, in Delta, BC.
Contribute to Urban Barn's commitment to exceptional customer service. As an Order/Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and following up on customer orders to ensure their accuracy and ensuring the flow of product from the warehouse to our customers is seamless.
Our Logistics team works in-office, from Monday to Friday, from 7:30am – 4:00pm. We are looking for candidates who are available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
What You Will Do:
- Complete customer order administration and organize shipping logistics
- Review and troubleshoot orders for accuracy
- Collaborate to resolve order issues, and provide status updates
- Communicate with 3PL partners to manage order shipment and delivery
- Manage and support E-Commerce orders and shipping logistics
- Assist with warehouse inventory management
What You Bring:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer service skills considered an asset
- Experience in customer orders and support roles preferred
- Experience in an office environment preferred
- High attention to detail and exceptional critical thinking skills
- Intermediate MS Outlook and Excel; working knowledge of SAP considered an asset
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Ability to work at a desk and on a computer for 95% of the day
