As we continue to grow, we're looking for detail-oriented, dedicated individuals to join our team as Operators.
Duties
As an Operator at Velatron Technologies, you'll play a crucial role in assembling precision transformers, inductors, and coils. You will perform intricate tasks such as hand soldering, coil assembly ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and are eager to be part of a cutting-edge manufacturing team, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly of transformers, inductors, and coils.
- Perform precise hand soldering and coil assembly with small parts.
- Assist in preparing and mixing various epoxy compounds and accurately filling components according to specifications.
- Follow both written and verbal instructions to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
- Maintain attention to detail during repetitive tasks, ensuring high-quality output.
Experience
- Secondary School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent vision and color recognition for working with small, detailed parts.
- Strong manual dexterity for hand soldering and assembly work.
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality results.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in electronic manufacturing setting preferred.
- Proficiency in speaking and reading English.
- Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills.
