Living Sky Co-op is hiring an Office Manager at our office in Corning, Saskatchewan.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the General Manager, the office Manager is responsible for oversight of administrative functions, including customer service relations, orders, invoicing, inventory, and health and safety.
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions.
- Oversee and enforce approved financial controls and processes within the office, including loss prevention, data management and collection.
- Provide administrative support to sales and management teams with POS systems, data reporting and analysis, collections, inventory, ordering and other relevant documentation.
- Work with external auditors and other stakeholders and maintain documentation for external audits.
- Review, prepare and submit various payroll documentation.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
- Post-secondary education in Business/Office Administration or another related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a related position.
- Experience with Tronia and other FCL Systems.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
