Lafrentz BC, a division of Canadian Road Builders Inc., is Western Canada’s leading road marking company. We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our administrative team in Vernon, BC. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in the organization's success by providing essential support to both the administrative team and management, ensuring operational goals are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Office Assistant will support day-to-day administrative functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering general phone and email inquiries
- Performing general office and clerical duties
- Data entry and reporting
- Assisting with month-end processes
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
