Summary
We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator (3 days per week) to join our dynamic team at Willoughby Distribution Inc. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients. The Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, clerical tasks, and front desk duties.
- Utilize Grasp Software for Customer invoicing, Supplier Purchase Orders and financial record keeping.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and support.
- Assist in team management by coordinating schedules and supporting staff needs.
- Maintain human resources records and assist with employee onboarding processes.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
Requirements
- Proficient in office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
