We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team! This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organized, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Schedule:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Flexible daytime hours (we can work with your schedule)
What you’ll do:
- Keep the office clean and tidy (light sweeping, organizing, etc.)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Post journal entries and assist with basic bookkeeping
- Answer customer phone calls and provide great service
- Assist with shipping small orders
- Upload content to our websites
- Help manage Amazon and Walmart seller accounts
- Create and send e-signature documents
- Post on Facebook Marketplace and assist with social media marketing
What we’re looking for:
- Organized and detail-focused
- Friendly and professional communicator
- Comfortable with computers and online platforms
- Some experience with bookkeeping/accounting is a bonus
- Willing to jump in and help where needed
