Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Nail Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Nail care and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a relaxing experience for clients.
Nail Technician Duties:
- Perform nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Sanitize tools and work area to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Provide recommendations on nail care products and treatments
- Upsell additional services or products to clients
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in nail care and beauty industry
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Knowledge of front desk operations is a plus
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and retail sales experience
- Understanding of sanitization practices in a salon setting
