We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join our team of Tim Hortons restaurants as a Multi-Unit / District Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry as Multi-Unit Operations Manager, preferably with the Tim Hortons brand. A valid driver’s license is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by ensuring each location consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service, satisfaction, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure all locations comply with internal and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with Management Teams to achieve operational targets, including but not limited to food costs, paper usage, and labor management.
  • Provide daily coaching and support to Managers to help them meet specific restaurant goals and performance targets.
  • Set a strong example by actively participating in and leading day-to-day restaurant operations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple units within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, overseeing operations across several locations.
  • Skilled in managing P&L statements, budgeting, and controlling costs to maintain profitability across all sites.
  • Strong leadership background with a focus on team development and coaching.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive operational knowledge in delivering guest service excellence and maintaining quality standards in a high-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and effectively handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Capable of working independently while collaborating successfully within a team environment.


Compensation:

  • $60,000 - $80,000/year
