Draftsperson – Commercial Cabinetry (Full-Time)
We are looking for an experienced Draftsperson to join our team and operate our engineering/design software (Cabinet Vision Solid Ultimate). We are a commercial-focused shop specializing in plastic laminate finished products.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience creating detailed drawings for a custom cabinet manufacturer, preferably within the commercial millwork sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Shop Foreman to design millwork that aligns with our standard construction practices and the architectural design intent
- Prepare submittal drawings and production drawings
- Generate cut lists and part stickers through the engineering software
- Review and process design revisions related to PCNs/Site directions (pricing adjustments handled separately by the Estimator)
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time (100%)
- Pay Range: $18.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience and skill)
- Additional Pay: Overtime available
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
