Located at 755 Queensway East, Suite 304, Mississauga, we serve a diverse population of over a million residents in the communities of Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, and Oakville.

Our clinic is currently seeking the following part-time position (with the potential to a full-time position) to join our exciting and innovative multidisciplinary team:

Medical Office Assistant

The medical office assistant will be responsible primarily for tasks including scheduling and confirming appointments, recording and relaying information to the physicians and staff, performing clerical duties such as filing and sorting/distributing mail, obtaining and processing information and emails required to provide services, greeting people and directing them to physicians or service areas, assisting with physician billings, answering telephones and relaying telephone calls and messages, receiving and issuing payments, and sending/receiving invoices.

We offer 8 large clinic rooms, supportive staff/technicians, and a brand new, fully state-of-the-art, accessible clinic for our patients.

General remuneration will be $18/hr based on experience and qualifications. Shifts will be primarily Monday to Friday, 5-hour shifts. Health benefits will be integrated at a later date.

The expected start date is Sept 1st, 2025. This is a particularly exciting opportunity for new and established Medical Office Assistants to work in a multidisciplinary clinic.

Candidates for the above position must be a graduate of a secondary school program or equivalent. Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word is required. Past experience in an electronic scheduler, electronic mail, or electronic medical records/physician billings is an asset. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is an asset.
