Part-time medical receptionist for busy, multi-physician family practice. Position requires selected candidate to work mornings, afternoons or evenings, 6 hour shifts, up to 5 days per week, up to 30 hours per week.
Available shifts:
Mondays 8am to 2pm
Wednesday 1pm to 7pm
Thursdays 8am to 4pm
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, monitoring and managing information workflow in Accuro EMR and email, telephone and front desk reception, booking appointments, telephone communication with patients and other medical facilities, managing patient flow within the clinic. Qualifications include: strong communication and computer skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ability to manage a high volume of work, sound skills in judgement, the ability to work independently as as part of a team.
