Medical office assistants at The Health Medical Centre are the gateway to our clinic. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who's comfortable with people and has excellent telephone skills.
Duties will include; answering phones, scheduling appointments, reception, taking payments, working with MedAccess EMR software, faxing, scanning, cleaning, and other general office duties.
Duties may include; bookkeeping, payroll, taking weight and vitals, proofreading of medical notes, form and document creation, and maintaining office stock.
