Preferred Rehab Physiotherapy - AMG is looking for an energetic and experienced office administrator to provide a professional and positive impact when working with patients in a busy multi-disciplinary clinic. This is a part time position.
Position Summary:
The Office Administrator collaborates with clinicians, physicians and other healthcare disciplines, has a relentless drive to achieve success in administrative excellence, and ensures high quality customer service for our patients. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to effectively multi-task, and be able to adapt to change to continuously learn and strive for improved patient care.
What you would do:
- Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments and organize patient charts.
- Answer patients’ queries and ensure quality customer service.
- Coordinate a detailed and accurate patient intake and support them in filling medical forms to avoid errors and inaccurate information.
- Process third-party, MVA and WSIB insurance billing and private invoicing.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient interactions and transactions.
- Ensure optimal patient care by suggesting additional services or products as indicated, and in the patient’s best interest.
