Labor and Material Handler
Job Type: Full-Time
Wage Range: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday / 12:00pm – 10:30pm
Shift Type: Cross Over Shift

Position Overview:
The Labor and Material Handler plays a key role in supporting production flow within our fast-paced industrial coating facility. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training, ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and ready to learn. Experience is preferred but not required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support production by staging, handling, and moving materials
- Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Assist in maintaining a safe work environment in coordination with the OHC
- Communicate effectively with Team Leads, Supervisors, and Management
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and team updates
- Support other departments as required to meet production demands
Tools & Equipment Used:
- Safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe work boots
- Knives, pliers, compressed air tools
- Grinders, sanders, pallet jacks (manual and powered)
- Hanging systems: hooks, chains, and hoists
- Burn-off oven, banders, and banding equipment
- Hard hats and other PPE as required
