Responsibilities
- Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and products sold.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in hair styling techniques and grooming services.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to upsell products confidently.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations.
- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently when required.

Pay: $3,173.69-$6,010.78 per month
