Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications
- Support the Director of Culinary, Innovation & Marketing and the VP of Sales & Marketing with administrative and project coordination.
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral (e.g., sell sheets, brochures, trade ads).
- Help execute marketing campaigns, digital content, and email/social media activities.
- Track basic campaign performance metrics and KPIs.Manage branded merchandise inventory and distribution.
- Support the development of customer-facing communications aligned with brand guidelines.
- Content Development
- Assist with recipe development, food styling, and content production scheduling.
- Maintain digital asset libraries (images, videos, templates).
- Support product launches and menu ideation materials alongside Culinary leadership.
- Market Research & Sales EnablementCollect and organize competitive insights, pricing, and product positioning details.
- Research industry trends and opportunities in foodservice, retail, and HMR sectors.
- Analyze market data to identify product trends and track quarterly performance.
- Events & Trade ShowsHelp plan and execute trade shows, customer presentations, and food events.
- Coordinate logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Assist with preparation of decks and sampling materials.

Experience & Education
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1–2 years in a marketing or communications role within food, CPG, or hospitality
Experience collaborating with creative, sales, or culinary teams is an asset
Skills & Competencies
Passion for food and branding
Strong communication and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Canva or Adobe tools is an asset
Familiarity with social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlinesProactive, collaborative, and accountableUnderstanding of basic product marketing and food industry trends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
