As a Marketing Coordinator on our corporate marketing team, you will play a vital role in supporting our strategic marketing initiatives and executing key programs that drive brand visibility and support business growth.

You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to deliver marketing that amplifies our voice, showcases our people and products, and aligns with our purpose.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:

Marketing Strategy & Execution (60%):

  • Contribute to the execution and management of Bond’s annual integrated marketing calendar, with a strong focus on B2B content creation support (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, podcasts, social media, etc.)
  • Lead the ongoing execution of marketing activity and content scheduling
  • Support and help manage email marketing automation campaigns and client engagement strategies using tools such as HubSpot
  • Support the ongoing review and build of marketing KPI and scorecard reports
  • Support campaign rollouts and provide updates on key milestones, timelines, and deliverables

Brand & Employer Engagement (20%):

  • Activate marketing strategies to elevate Bond’s employer brand and promote our inclusive and engaging culture to external audiences
  • Partner with internal teams to develop talent-attracting content, social media campaigns, and employee experience stories
  • Support in person event and webinar coordination to amplify our thought leadership, create brand awareness and attract new talent

Project Management & Creative Support (20%):

  • Oversee day-to-day marketing activities and ensure projects stay on time and within budget
  • Manage general department tasks including vendor coordination, reporting, budget tracking, and asset delivery
  • Support the marketing team with campaign execution and tracking
  • Work within Hubspot and CRM tools to support client lead tracking and follow up

Your Background:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a supporting role in a corporate marketing team, comfortable with campaign execution in fast-paced environments
  • Proven project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, and LinkedIn platforms
  • Detailed oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally within a dynamic, team-first culture
  • Passionate and curious marketer who takes ownership, thrives in fast-paced settings, and brings ideas to life with purpose and creativity
