As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong visual communication skills, a basic understanding of digital marketing, and a knack for organization. As our Marketing Assistant, you will support brand communication, assist in managing our digital presence, contribute to content creation, and help implement marketing activities across different platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Brand & Design: Help create and maintain marketing materials (social media graphics, brochures, presentations) using design tools, ensuring a consistent brand look.
- Social Media: Support the management of our accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google). Help create and schedule posts, stories, and reels. Monitor engagement and respond when needed.
- Marketing Support: Help prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing kits. Assist in creating case studies and tracking trends in construction marketing.
- Events & Campaigns: Support the planning and logistics of company events, community initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
- Admin & Reporting: Help keep marketing calendars up to date. Assist with campaign reports, website traffic stats, and organizing marketing files.
Education & Experience
- Proficiency in any graphic design software is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics) to analyze data and drive marketing decisions.
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for marketing with a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
