We are seeking exceptional analytical talent to join our team as Manager of Revenue Operations. This role will be a critical support to the VP of Revenue Operations, providing data-driven insights, operational excellence, and strategic thinking across a wide range of high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sophisticated analyses and tools to drive improvement in sales performance, pipeline management, and revenue growth
  • Design and implement sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build robust reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks for visibility into revenue performance
  • Support client account management strategy development and execution
  • Support leadership on strategic and operational initiatives, including product launches
  • Prepare executive and board-level presentations with compelling data narratives
  • Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and provide actionable recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally on solutions that enhance the customer journey and drive revenue
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of professional experience with demonstrated analytical excellence
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics roles
  • Outstanding communication skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive results
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
Preferred Experience
  • Background at top-tier management consulting firm
  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • Experience in developing executive-level content and presentations
Work Environment
  • Reports directly to VP of Revenue Operations
