Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Marketing Analytics Manager to lead our data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage marketing data to optimize campaigns, drive customer engagement, and enhance business performance. This role involves analyzing trends, measuring effectiveness, and providing actionable insights to improve decision-making and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement analytics frameworks to measure marketing performance.
- Track, analyze, and report key marketing metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, conversion rates, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct product performance analysis, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize marketing and pricing strategies.
- Utilize Microsoft Fabric to integrate, process, and analyze large-scale marketing, product, and pricing data efficiently.
- Work with OneLake and Lakehouse architecture to centralize and streamline data management.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric for data visualization and insights.
- Perform competitive pricing analysis to optimize pricing models and revenue potential.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine targeting strategies.
- Create dashboards and visual reports for stakeholders.
- Forecast trends and recommend data-driven strategies for growth.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Power BI, OneLake, and Lakehouse architecture.
- Expertise in product performance analytics and pricing strategy optimization.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with predictive modeling and customer segmentation is a plus.
