Overview:

This entry level manager role will assist in the production of financial reports, completion of accounting activities, monitoring and processing of transactions, invoices and recharges.
What you will do:
- Supporting and/or managing budget areas, including monthly, quarterly and annual close procedures, adjustments, accruals and reporting, with guidance from reporting manager
- Preparing reports of financial results, including analysis of expenditures, recharges and other KPIs specific to the budget area
- Processing invoices, including tracking AR for Stakeholders
- Monitoring and resolving Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable issues, with escalation to reporting manager, as appropriate
- Working with the business and HRBPs to have accurate headcount and salary information included in the budget and forecast
- Providing support to the Finance Business Partners with ad hoc projects, controlling and/or analytical tasks
What you bring to this role:
- Undergraduate degree in business or finance
- CPA or other comparable accounting qualification or relevant experience
- 3+ years' progressive financial and/or management accounting experience preferably in a large, multinational, professional services environment
- Experience with AR and AP, invoice processing, and recharges
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience communicating with key stakeholders and business leaders
