Join the Finance Shared Services team at J.D. Irving, Limited (JDI) as a Mailroom Associate. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by supporting mail and office supply services across our corporate headquarters at 300 Union Street and affiliated companies throughout Saint John, New Brunswick. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 4:30PM. This position is located at our head office in Saint John, New Brunswick
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency with computers
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
- Load, unload, and distribute packages to various locations in the Saint John area
- Perform daily runs to Canada Post and local banks
- Maintain inventory of stationery and office supplies
- Respond to internal customer inquiries
- Support additional tasks as needed
