Looking for at least a Semi-Expirenced machinery operator. Machinery includes, Tractors and Excavator. Excavator is the machine we need you to have some expirence in, tractors are easy to teach.
Over the winter we are hoping to get some driveways installed and ditches dug entering our fields. As well as some stumping of our new properties. This job will be done by 2-3 people, one of which is a seasoned employee of ours and is in need of help with this task.
We have a very long list and are hoping to get it done by the end of next winter. This position is permanent. Once this task is finished you would move to being a field operator. This includes tillage, planting, spraying, and harvest which is from spring to fall, and we continue employment throught the next winter aswell. Can always find work for you to do, its a big farm.
During planting and harvest the hours can be long as we do work very hard during those times. However, the rest of the year is 8-5, guaranteeing 42.5 hours per week!
Starting salary $19-$25 per hour to start with plenty of opportunity for growth!
