Raffi Jewellers operates in 2 locations: our Flagship Boutique in Cambridge and our boutique in Conestoga Mall, Waterloo.
Your Impact
As a Luxury Watch Sales Consultant, you will serve as a sophisticated ambassador of our boutique, representing the world’s finest luxury timepieces and exquisite jewellery collections. While your primary focus will be on high-end watch sales, you will also assist guests with fine jewellery selections, offering a refined, personalized experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional service and product excellence.
You will build long-term relationships with a discerning clientele, curating selections that reflect individual tastes, lifestyles, and milestones. Your expertise in prestigious watchmaking and fine craftsmanship will help guide clients through an unforgettable journey, ensuring that every interaction exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking luxury timepieces, while also supporting their fine jewellery needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized attention and a bespoke shopping experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets by recommending and selling prestigious watch brands and luxury jewellery pieces.
- Stay up to date on the latest collections, trends, and exclusive items within the luxury watch and jewellery market.
- Deliver exceptional, tailored customer service in-store or online, ensuring all client interactions reflect the brand's luxury standards.
- Assist in ensuring the boutique is visually appealing and in line with the brand’s elevated image, including maintaining immaculate displays and merchandise presentation.
- Educate clients on the heritage, features, and craftsmanship of luxury timepieces.
- Assist with organizing and attending VIP events, private showings, and other brand experiences to engage and retain high-value customers.
- Facilitate special orders, watch/jewellery customizations, and personalized services to meet individual client needs.
- Collect and relay client feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to leadership to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain operational excellence, including inventory control and merchandising.

Must-Haves
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or client services.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored recommendations and exclusive offerings.
- Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of luxury watches and fine jewellery.
- Polished, professional appearance with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Experience with luxury watch brands and timepiece features, including movements, complications, and heritage, is a strong asset.
Nice-to-Haves
- Jewellery certification or prior jewellery sales experience.
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
