Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Medication administration
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs, blood sugar level, temperature, etc.
  • Changing catheter and wound dressings
  • Other tasks as assigned by the RN

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications:
  • Ability to communicate directly with our care management team at the head office.
  • A passion for the job and helping others
  • Valid RN Permit (OIIAQ)
  • Languages: French (oral) and English (oral)
  • LPN License (required)
Preferred Skills, Education, and Certifications:
  • Access to vehicle (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to reliably travel to client homes and office location(s)
  • Ability to safely perform client transfers with weight-bearing requirements, contingent upon client condition and needs
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday
