Job Summary
This is a wage plus tips position. Wage is negotiable depending on experience. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to help oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of hospitality. Must have minimum 5 years of Hospitality, and 3 years of leadership. Must have bartending and serving experience. This is a hands on role with support from the owners. We want to work with you to create systems and the right feel.
Duties
- Supervise and manage staff, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
- Oversee payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and clerical duties.
- Utilize POS systems for inventory management and sales tracking.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new employees to build a strong team.
- Maintain effective communication with staff, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Create a fun and exciting atmosphere for everyone
- Create a culture based on hospitality, and inclusivity
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position.
- Experience in recruiting and training staff is preferred.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and clerical duties.
- Knowledge of market trends relevant to the industry is advantageous.
- Experience with POS systems will be beneficial.
