Job description
Full-time Lot Attendant required. Generally Monday - Friday schedule, with Saturday availability.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Move vehicles between lots and buildings.
- Start and refuel vehicles; boost batteries as needed.
- Salt/sand, shovel and sweep lots, walkways, doorways regularly as necessary to ensure safe access to building entrances and vehicles.
- Clear vehicles (ie remove snow, ice, debris).
- Wash vehicle interiors/exteriors.
- Housekeeping, clean and disinfect vehicles and any facility areas as instructed.
- May be required to do deliveries, pick-ups.
- Other related shop-help duties, responsibilities and special projects as needed and assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Valid MB 5I or 5F driver’s license with safe driving record (MPI abstract req'd).
- Must be physically able to perform a combination of standing, walking, crouching, bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) readily throughout full shifts
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive focus and attitude
- Reliable, punctual
- Ability to operate both automatic and standard vehicles, an asset.

Pay: $15.80-$21.05 per hour
