The Role

As a Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing both the movement and the storage of goods within our supply chain. This includes managing inbound and outbound shipments, organizing warehouse operations, and ensuring accurate inventory control. You will play a critical role in keeping products flowing smoothly from supplier to customer, while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods, from receiving and storage through to shipment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Track shipments, maintain accurate records, and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve transportation or inventory issues.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts, stock monitoring, and timely replenishment coordination.
  • Organize and optimize warehouse layout to maximize efficiency, productivity, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics and warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

About You:

  • Proven experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
