- Strong analytical and reporting skills, ability to handle large amounts of data and bringing into manageable reports

- Good understanding of the end-to-end logistics shipment lifecycle, from planning and execution to financial reconciliation and performance analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, esp. Excel, and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI
- Working knowledge of programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, Power Query, VBA, R) and/or basic API integration concepts (e.g. JSON/XML) is considered an asset.
- Ability to utilize ERP and TMS systems as super-user and perform basic troubleshooting tasks
- Logistics scenario analysis as it relates to customer impact and commercial profitability
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and prioritize for results
KPI Reporting & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and scorecards tracking freight spending, service reliability, cycle times, and carrier performance.
- Automate weekly and monthly reports for Freight Managers and Director.
- Ensure data consistency and visibility across logistics functions
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend automation or simplification.
- Document business rules used in routing frameworks and freight audit.
- Collaborate with operations and IT to standardize and document processes across regions
- Support logistics-related system implementation and improvement projects (e.g., TMS, Mayer, freight audit tools).
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align project timelines, deliverables, and reporting standards.
- Track milestones, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery of process improvement initiatives.
- Support cost recovery and carrier charge validations
- Assist in freight audit discrepancy resolution
- Streamline freight accrual summary calculations
- Train Logistics Coordinators on data entry standards, routing rationale, and use of dashboards.
- Create SOPs for internal logistics processes/tasks by transportation mode
- Support cross-training by modularizing training manual by transportation mode
- University degree with a business focus in Supply Chain or Logistics
- 3-5 years’ experience in analysis and reporting in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Courses with Operation Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Preferred if enrolled or completed the Supply Chain Management designation (SCMP), Certified Logistics Professional (CCLP), APICS/ASCM CPIM or CLTD
