We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part time Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Roughly 2-3 shifts a week. Must have night time and weekend availbiltiy. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to the preparation of high-quality meals that meet our restaurant's standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

We’re looking for a full-time Line Cook to join our growing team—someone hungry to learn, precise with their craft, and excited to contribute to a restaurant that values bold flavors and high standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Work a station during service and maintain consistency and quality in execution
- Prep and organize mise en place according to station needs
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and chefs to execute a seasonal and evolving menu
- Bring a positive attitude, strong communication, and attention to detail every shift
- Participate in daily kitchen duties including setup, teardown, and deep cleans
Who You Are:
- 1–2 years line cook experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen
- Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow in a supportive environment
- Knife skills, station management, and time efficiency are key
- Weekend availability and flexibility with schedule
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
