Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This position is full time nights and requires availability until 1 am and reliable transportation.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Supervise night service
- Ensure kitchen close meets company standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
Skills
- Proficient in food preparation techniques, including chopping, grilling, frying, and baking
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
