Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commito delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This role is essensuring that oefficiently, providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Ensure all food is handled safely and meets health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal presentation.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
