DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
- Assist with prep work, portioning, and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Support the Head Chef and other team members as needed.
- Uphold high standards of food quality and presentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous cooking or food service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices (FoodSafe certification an asset).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
