As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, cooking, and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring spices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Familiarity with meal preparation processes and serving techniques.

Pay: $20.00-$25.22 per hour
