RMU is a Mountain Culture company and so much more than just a restaurant. We started making skis in 2008 and expanded in to back packs and other outdoor equipment. In 2016 we decided to build our first concept store that would bring together the community with skis, events, beer and great food! Since then we have open 3 locations in international ski desitinations. We are employee-owned and live the mountain culture lifestyle — with a 50-day minimum ski requirement for all employees. We aim to create this experience for our customers and look for the same passion for the outdoors in every team member.
Line Cook:
Line Cooks are the heart of our kitchen. We are looking for new team members that enjoy being a part of this fast paced kitchen environment and care to put out quality food.
Responsibilites:
- Preparing and cooking food according to established recipes and standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work space
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
- Experience with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Previous experience in cooking or bartending is advantageous but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
