Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed during food handling and preparation.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent food service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.
- Stay updated on food industry trends to improve menu offerings and cooking techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to efficiently prepare and serve meals
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced setting
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
