We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking stations and storage areas.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food is handled properly and safely.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation and serving dishes to customers.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and utensils used in the kitchen.
