Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Familiarity with various cooking equipment and tools used in the kitchen.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
